ECS 09 will take place in Karlsruhe, Germany and is organized by the group Thin Film Technology (Karlsruhe Institute of Technology). There will be invited talks, contributed talks, poster and exhibitor sessions. The scope of this meeting is to present latest developments and technologies, featuring contributions on fundamental science and applied research.
